Shipping & Delivery

Items ordered within UAE will be delivered within 1-4 working days. We deliver to locations all over UAE. Delivery charges are AED 20-25 within city limits in all emirates. AED 30-50 will be charged for out of city areas. Should your area happen to be out of city limits, you will be notified by one of our staff members before your order is sent out.

For international orders, delivery charges vary based on location, weight, and type of item. Delivery time is 5-14 working days. Please contact us for more info on international shipping.

All sales are final. Changes can be made only if the order has not shipped out. Once your item has entered the processing stage and gets shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order. If you wish to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee of AED 25. Preordered items cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is confirmed.

The courier will contact you before attempting to deliver. If you are unreachable, the delivery will be attempted again the next working day. The courier will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which your order will be cancelled and you will incur the cancellation fee of AED 25.
